SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT

Welcome to the official announcement for the GDA International Conference and Exhibition 2025, a platform dedicated to nurture collaboration, innovation, and knowledge exchange in the dynamic downstream sector. This year's conference will take place from September 30 to October 02, 2025 at Exhibition World Bahrain.

We invite practitioners, researchers, and industry leaders to participate by submitting abstracts that reflect the cutting-edge trends, challenges, and advancements in downstream. Your contributions are invaluable and will help shape the discussions and insights that emerge from this gathering of minds.

• Abstract Submission Deadline: March 31, 2025

Centered around the theme This year’s discussions will delve into how sustainable energy is reshaping operational efficiency, logistics, and supply chains; explore the role of digital transformation in optimizing energy systems and boosting efficiency; uncover strategies for balancing energy demand with environmental stewardship; and navigate the dynamic changes in geo-economics and geopolitics impacting the energy ecosystem.

Submission Guidelines:

We are looking for innovative, thought-provoking abstracts that adhere to the following criteria:

• Relevance to the conference themes
• Originality and significance of the research
• Clarity and cohesiveness of presentation
• Use a text editor of your choice to compile your abstract: title, author(s), affiliation(s) of author(s), and abstract text. Your abstract body should have 100–500 words, clear, concise, and written in English with correct spelling and good sentence structure.
• Abstracts submitted must be original; not previously presented at any downstream event.
• Use the abstract submission link at the chosen session. Please keep in mind that submission of the same abstract to more than one session is not allowed. Duplicates will be rejected.
• Submit your abstract. A confirmation email including your abstract receipt and confirmation email. Should you not receive the abstract submission confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder first and then contact us at abstracts@gdaidce.org
